Based on a maximum of 30 children under 5 years with their parent/carer

Venue provided by customer

(1) ¼ hour FREE PLAY EQUIPMENT (set out whilst children & parents arrive)

¾ hour Spring-a-Lings entertainment, with action songs and props

to include singing & dancing to Happy Birthday

(2) ¼ hour FREE PLAY EQUIPMENT (set out whilst children & parents arrive)

¾ hour Spring-a-Lings entertainment, with action songs and props

to include singing & dancing to Happy Birthday.

To follow your party food & blowing candles on cake we can co-ordinate

your pass the parcel, and/or musical party games to finish the celebrations

(2 hour party)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices quoted cover travelling expenses up to 10 mile radius from our offices.  Thereafter there is a 40p per mile charge.

A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required to secure your booking, the outstanding balance is payable a week before the event, please make cheques payable to Spring-a-Lings.

Please feel free to make any special requests, i.e. particular songs your child loves or a theme and we will be happy to accommodate.

Parent / Carers are responsible for their children at all times. Should parent/carer not intend to stay please ensure they have a nominated adult arranged to supervise them during the entertainment.

Spring-a-Lings have a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check and certificate and Public Liability & Employers Liability Insurance in places

Spring-a-Lings believe that the Health and Safety of children and adults is of paramount importance.  Therefore, an inspection of equipment is made before and after each session and any broken or damaged items are repaired or disposed of. 

The Health & Safety Officer for Spring-a-Lings is Julie Bishop. 

For Health & Safety reasons parents/carers should encourage children not to eat during the entertainment, however fluids are essential and a child wishing to drink should do so away from the entertainment and equipment.    

Pre-School/Nursery Session Charges

Based on a maximum of 30 children with staff/child ratio in place

1 x 3/4 hour session = £60

2 x 3/4 hour sessions plus per term = £50/session

4 x 3/4 hour sessions plus per term = £45/session

Public Events

For sessions to run smoothly we recommend no more than 25 children.  Children under 4 should be accompanied by an adult.

Half Day: 9am until 1pm - £150 Max number of sessions 5

Half Day: 1pm until 5pm - £150 Max number of sessions 5 Hourly Rate: £60
